Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years in a senior business development role.
• Experience in infrastructure or PPP projects is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of PPP development and public sector partnership principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining commercial strategies and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
• Lead feasibility studies, risk reviews, and financial assessments.
• Coordinate planning and development efforts across teams.
