Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of FP&A, finance, or corporate finance experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor and analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionals.
