Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis within the construction industry, and will be responsible for developing budgets, analyzing costs, and providing insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for construction projects.
• Provide analysis on project performance and cost variances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
