Job summary

A water treatment company in Dubai is seeking a Plant Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of sewage and reverse osmosis systems. The candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in water treatment, including knowledge of chemical dosing and troubleshooting mechanical inefficiencies. The role requires the ability to work independently and adapt to shift work in an industrial environment. Training will be provided for freshers during plant commissioning.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in water treatment operations.
• Strong understanding of biological treatment processes.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and O&M manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain STP-DAF systems and RO systems.
• Diagnose operational issues and implement maintenance strategies.
• Prepare operation logs and respond to emergency breakdowns.
