WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and supervising the floor to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships while coaching the broader team on relationship-building techniques.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to strategically achieve sales targets and execute store initiatives.
  • Act as a lead brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster high-level customer relationships.
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, providing direction to the team to keep the boutique in pristine condition.
  • Fulfill keyholder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and delegated financial reporting.
