Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our boutique operations in Dubai. This individual will play a dual role — driving in-store sales while also leading and inspiring the sales team. Additionally, the role will involve participation in high-profile events and selected marketing activities, strengthening brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive in-store sales through excellent client service and by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, trunk shows, and brand activations.
Represent the brand at industry events, private viewings, and exclusive client gatherings to build brand awareness and attract new clientele.
Support client acquisition strategies and contribute to CRM initiatives.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and develop strategic plans for achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in fine jewellery or luxury sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and buying behavior.
Confident public presence and ability to represent the brand at events.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work as required by events and store operations.
