What are we looking for

We are seeking a highly experienced deeply skilled Staff Solutions Engineer with a strong foundation in cybersecurity architecture and hands‑on technical this role you will serve as the strategic technical expert within the field partnering closely with sales customers and ecosystem stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients shaping their security strategy understanding complex environments and guiding them toward a unified AI‑powered defense with the SentinelOne Singularity Platform. You will lead advanced demonstrations deliver compelling technical narratives design scalable solutions and influence both pre‑sales strategy and long‑term customer success.

What will you do
  • Partner strategically with the sales organization to qualify and shape opportunities by deeply understanding customer environments challenges and business drivers.
  • Lead high‑impact technical engagements including deep‑dive discussions advanced product demonstrations PoVs/PoCs and architectural reviews to showcase the full capabilities of the SentinelOne Singularity Platform.
  • Serve as a senior subject‑matter expert across EDR/XDR AI Security Cloud Security Identity Security Observability and SIEM articulating complex concepts with clarity and translating them into meaningful business and security outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers guiding them in designing validating and implementing robust scalable security architectures.
  • Deliver compelling technical narratives solution architectures and executive‑level presentations tailored to customer priorities and use cases.
  • Own and contribute to RFP/RFI processes ensuring responses are accurate competitive and aligned with customer requirements and regional regulations.
  • Channel customer insights back into Product Engineering and Threat Research teams to influence roadmap direction and ensure our platform continues to lead the industry.
  • Mentor coach and uplift junior and mid‑level SEs driving technical excellence field readiness and high performance across the wider team.
  • Represent SentinelOne at strategic customer engagements industry events workshops and partner enablement sessions as a thought leader in AI‑powered cybersecurity.
What skills and knowledge should you bring
  • 10 years of hands‑on experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre‑sales with deep expertise in cybersecurity EDR/XDR SIEM observability and modern security architectures.
  • Strong technical depth across industry‑leading platforms tools and frameworks in endpoint security cloud security identity logging and threat detection.
  • Exceptional communication storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives architects and practitioners alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose challenges in large complex environments and design scalable outcome‑focused solutions.
  • Strong customer‑facing presence with a track record of influencing technical decisions driving platform adoption and building long‑term trust.
  • Highly self‑driven and organized with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments prioritize effectively and manage multiple high‑stakes engagements.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) including architectural understanding and hands‑on familiarity with modern cloud‑native services.
