We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team. Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and nursing assessment of paediatric patients

• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following paediatric protocols
• Assist with and perform minor procedures within scope of practice
• Monitor patient condition and promptly accelerate escalation of concerns or deterioration
• Provide clear information, reassurance, and education to children and families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and patient safety policies
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Support service efficiency, quality improvement, and professional standards
