Overview

Manage consumer marketing requirements within Product-Life-Cycle (PLC) and non-PLC demands, by analyzing marketing requirements for mobile, fixed, devices, and digital consumer products, and orchestrating alignment with cross-functional teams in Technology planning and development sections for assessment, development, testing and deployment phases up to full delivery of projects. Manage Customer Contact Center (CCC) demands related to Technology within non-PLC cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Manage demands from the consumer marketing department for mobile, fixed, devices, and digital products in alignment with the E2E solution team.
  • Validate the demand and shape requirements at early stages with the demand originator in harmony with the E2E solution.
  • Prioritize demands in coordination with the E2E solution and marketing product development teams.
  • Conclude the project plan of consumer marketing demands in collaboration with Demand Management and Planning team.
  • Support Marketing on received projects and ensure all projects have a clear vision of revenue opportunities.
  • Align the technology roadmap and support marketing on business opportunities.
  • Manage Prove-of-Concepts (POCs) and align results among Technology and Marketing teams, with opportunities to commercialize new technologies.
  • Orchestrate projects with cross-functional collaboration, follow up on ongoing projects, and manage updates at different managerial levels.
  • Participate in frequent meetings with marketing teams to follow up on ongoing projects and maintain updates at different managerial levels.
  • Identify and assess risks of projects and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Report Go-To-Market updates and status to higher management.
  • Empower the team and create a development plan to ensure high performance.
  • Manage technical account management with mobile device partners, considering roadmap alignment, new technology enablement, software update testing cycles, support on operational issues, and device testing processes.
  • Participate in processes updates and Technology programs for latest technology enablements (such as 5G, eSIM and other items), including capacity and budgeting alignments of consumer marketing products with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment on roadmaps among consumer marketing and Technology, supporting consumer marketing teams for new business opportunities based on latest technologies.
  • Interact with senior management (SDs, VPs, and SVPs in certain cases) from technology and marketing sides to obtain support and facilitate delivering milestones.
  • Lead a team with motivation and momentum toward organizational goals, meeting KPIs and achieving results ahead of market competition.
  • Set prioritization for consumer-product demands and deliver consumer projects with quality and reliable results on time, ensuring excellent satisfaction.
  • Provide updates from the technology side on Go-To-Market top management meetings and participate in frequent meetings with marketing teams to follow up on ongoing projects, maintaining updates at different managerial levels with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leading Technology Technical Account Management and maintaining strong relationships with mobile device partners, including:
    • Technology roadmap alignment with device partners (both directions).
    • Managing new technology enablement with device partners (e.g., eSIM, 5G launch, 5G standalone, 5G mmWave, VoWiFi, VoLTE, IPv6, VoLTE EVS, ViLTE, VoLTE roaming, CNAP, AML, SMSoIP).
    • Managing 5G/VoNR/VoLTE/VoWiFi testing processes among technology stakeholders for new device models.
    • Alignment on frequency band combinations updates and enablement as per e&-UAE plans.
    • Managing testing of software update cycles with UAELAB, Volte field team, and the 5G Mobile Access team.
    • Support on operational issues and different complaints related to device partners in coordination with operations and UAELAB.
    • Prioritizing device testing in alignment with marketing.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with device partners to prioritize e&-UAE among other operators in the region for new project enablement and launch.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Engineering with experience in Mobile & Fixed technologies, Project Management, Time Management, Agile, Design Thinking.
