Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, design, and performance teams to deliver campaign‑led content that drives traffic and sales.
  • Use performance insights (SEO, CTRs, engagement, conversions) to refine and improve content output.
  • Write, edit, and publish high‑quality content across platforms including website, app, blogs, product pages, CRM (email/SMS), social media, paid campaigns copy, and in‑store communication.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and conversion‑focused product descriptions and category content for electronics, appliances, and lifestyle products.
  • Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Maintain and evolve Sharaf DG’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all content produced.
  • Write campaign narratives, headlines, CTAs, and promotional messaging for major sales events (e.g. White Friday, DSF, Ramadan).
Requirements

Experience - 5-8 years

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Equivalent

  • 5–8 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or consumer brands.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience writing commercial and performance‑driven content.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce journeys, and customer‑first communication.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume content environment.
  • Experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms, and analytics is a plus.
