SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a talented and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Orthodontist to join our exceptional healthcare team. In this role, you will diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities, focusing on providing top‑notch orthodontic care to patients of all ages. You will create tailored treatment plans, utilize orthodontic appliances, monitor progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and contribute significantly to enhancing the wellbeing and confidence of your patients through improved dental alignment and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to identify orthodontic issues
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Apply and adjust various orthodontic appliances, including braces and aligners
  • Monitor patient progress, making timely adjustments as required
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, oral hygiene, and care
  • Collaborate with dental colleagues and specialists as necessary for comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontic practices and technology
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients
Benefits

Working Time: Full Time. Salary: AED 45K to AED 90K. Good monthly salary plus incentives, standard family benefits such as accommodation, air ticket, medical insurance, and education allowance.
