The Role

• Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Provide detailed information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments, promote products/packages, and address client concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean reception area and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
