  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job description

If you enjoy creating calm, welcoming spaces, this role is for you. As a Spa Attendant, you’ll help us keep the spa pristine, organised and relaxing so every guest leaves feeling refreshed.

Your Day to Day
  • Clean and sanitise all spa areas, treatment rooms, relaxation spaces and equipment.
  • Prepare the spa for opening and closing according to resort standards.
  • Manage linen, towels and laundry, ensuring stock levels are always maintained.
  • Welcome guests with warm service, assist with basic needs and guide them around the spa facilities.
  • Monitor cleanliness and safety conditions, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists and the Spa Manager to support treatment schedules and guest flow.
  • Replenish amenities, maintain relaxation areas and keep all spaces organised throughout the day.
  • Follow all health, hygiene and safety procedures and complete logs when required.
  • Provide additional operational support to ensure smooth daily spa operations.
