Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the spa and recreation facilities, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness programs, and recreational activities to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists, fitness instructors, and recreation staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote spa and recreation services, increasing revenue and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving service offerings and operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2years of experience in spa and recreation management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Proven track record in team leadership, financial management, and customer service excellence
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, fitness programs, and wellness trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant spa and wellness certifications (e.g., International Spa Association certification) preferred
  • Experience in marketing and promoting spa and recreational services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
