  • Supervise daily kitchen operations for the employee restaurant.
  • Plan and execute menus featuring traditional Arabic dishes with consistency and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and taste across all dishes.
  • Support initiatives that promote health, wellness, and sustainability in colleague dining.
