1. Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solution Architect to design and implement innovative enterprise solutions within the Corporate domain, with a primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud covering HR, Finance, and Procurement systems. The role involves translating business needs into scalable technical architectures, aligning with IT standards and roadmaps, and driving modernization initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery while preparing for the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion platforms.
- Proven expertise in HR, Finance, and Procurement modules — including recruitment, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, procurement workflows, and compliance.
- Strong background in data integration between systems, especially involving sensitive HR and Finance data with adherence to security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based architectures, API‑driven integrations, microservices, and serverless computing.
- Ability to design robust, scalable, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Proven ability to conduct deep‑dive architecture reviews and make informed decisions balancing cost, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
3. Good‑to‑Have Skills (Optional)
- Experience in migrating customized Oracle EBS environments to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps.
- Experience with big data platform integration for analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to the airline domain or similar complex enterprise environments.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills for communicating technical designs.
4. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in solution architecture with Oracle EBS or Fusion.
- Demonstrated track record of end‑to‑end solution design, governance of software development, and alignment to IT architecture principles.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain architecture roadmaps, identify technical enablers, and oversee modernization initiatives.
