ParamInfo is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the airline and aviation domain. This role is essential for designing large-scale, modern technology solutions that support critical airline systems and customer-facing platforms. Candidates without aviation experience will not be considered, as domain knowledge is key to driving high-quality architectural decisions.

As a Solution Architect, you will own the architectural design of enterprise-grade airline systems, leveraging cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven frameworks. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to conceptualize scalable, secure, and highly available solutions. This role demands strong knowledge of airline operational workflows, passenger systems, reservations, cargo, loyalty, or airport operations. You will guide integration strategies, API frameworks, and architectural governance while ensuring alignment with aviation standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end enterprise solutions specifically for airline/aviation use cases
  • Lead architectural planning using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Develop scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Define integration patterns, API management, and data flow models
  • Ensure architectural security, compliance, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and architectural documentation
  • Evaluate technologies and propose modern, cost-effective solutions
  • Support high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 8+ years as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer
  • Mandatory airline/aviation industry experience (PSS, DCS, OPS, Cargo, Loyalty, Crew, or similar)
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging, and streaming platforms
  • Strong API, integration, and security architecture background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with airline legacy modernization projects
  • Familiarity with IATA standards and aviation compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native tooling
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
