Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for restaurants.
- Align marketing activities with seasonal promotions, and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
- Collaborate with influencers
Content & Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
- Create compelling storytelling content showcasing dining experiences, events, and lifestyle
- Oversee menu launches, promotions, festive campaigns, and special events content
- Coordinate PR initiatives and media collaborations when required
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Manage paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations)
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
- Support website updates, SEO basics, and email marketing where applicable
Events & Activations
- Promote in-house events, brunches, themed nights, and brand activations
- Support on-ground marketing during major events and openings
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with guest experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics
