Overview
The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.
- Manage and update company social media profiles. Up to 5 accounts with different SOW.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Identify trends and opportunities in social media landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media platform updates and best practices.
- Measure and report on performance of social media campaigns against goals.

Daily Tasks
- Develop graphic, image, and video content.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Interact with followers and build relationships.
- Track brand mentions, industry news, and competitor activity.
- Any additional tasks that may arise.
Weekly Tasks
- Content Calendar — Plan and schedule content for the upcoming week.
- Analytics Review — Analyze platform performance and identify trends.

Monthly Tasks
- Social Media Audit — Evaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategy Development — Create and refine social media strategy.
- Campaign Planning — Develop new campaigns and promotions.
- Platform Optimization — Explore new features and updates on social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut for graphic and video editing.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Must have the ability to create on-trend content.
- Must be able to communicate and manage clients.
