Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Social Media Manager to capture and broadcast key themes and messages across relevant social media channels—domestically, regionally, and internationally. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services, you will be responsible for ensuring bilingual Arabic/English integrity of the intended message, consistent with corporate guidelines and brand positioning.
Respecting strategic marketing and PR deliverables, identify communication opportunities and key messages as priorities across the life cycle of the mall; craft and merge message content with social media technologies to stimulate interactive communications and affiliation with the mall’s identity. Apply social media to rationalize PR Demand Load, segment market research, customer research, market conditions, and competitor data; develop the recommended Social Media Business Plan. Contribute content to Smart-Phone applications. Maintain active blog traffic by serving as Mall Blog Administrator; maintain blog thread analysis; conduct and respond to trends and issues; respond to contentious issues or consumer questions. Participate in supporting the design and implementation of a mall-wide opening plan, partnering with various mall tenants. Conceive piggy-back social media opportunities in concert with tenant initiatives and objectives. Provide constructive and creative input and social media solutions to all developmental PR, Marketing and Promotional activities; develop techniques and concepts to promote themes and events; devise and present new and exciting social media tracks to improve mall visibility and recognition. Interrogate topical opportunities to support deliverables.
