We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Electrician to join our billionaire client in Al Ain UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient and code‑compliant installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems across residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on experience in electrical installations, a strong understanding of building codes and safety standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast‑paced environments. Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, switches, outlets and lighting systems in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics and technical drawings to determine layout and installation requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions promptly to minimize project delays.
  • Collaborate with other trades (e.g. plumbers, carpenters) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within construction workflows.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored in compliance with safety standards.
  • Document all work performed including maintenance logs, repair reports and safety checklists.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA/NEC standards at all times.
  • Support project timelines by completing tasks efficiently and accurately under supervision.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 13 years of hands‑on experience as a professional electrician in construction or industrial environments.
  • Proven proficiency in electrical installation troubleshooting and repair of low‑ and medium‑voltage systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC UAE building regulations) and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with basic carpentry and interior design principles to support integrated electrical installations within built environments.
  • Experience working with electrical systems in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and specifications.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools, multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid UAE work permit and clean immigration history (visa sponsorship support available).
  • Must meet age limit of 38 years and belong to one of the following nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, Syrian, Egyptian, Lebanese.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic on‑site construction environment with variable schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with SAP or SAP NetWeaver is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must possess professional work ethics, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 1600 to AED 2200 per month plus additional benefits.

  • Valid UAE work visa sponsorship (50% sponsorship available or flexible office arrangement).
  • Medical insurance coverage provided by the employer.
