Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Site Manager for a Solar PV project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves full responsibility for day-to-day site management, contractor coordination, and quality control. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 8-10 years of experience in energy projects, preferably Solar PV. This is a mandatory 100% resident position with all-inclusive remuneration covering salary, accommodation, and other expenses.

Site Manager – Solar PV Project (Resident)
Position Summary

The Site Manager will act as the overall on-site representative, responsible for managing construction activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with project schedule, quality, HSE, and contractual requirements. This is a 100% resident position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for day-to-day site management of the Solar PV project.
  • Coordinate and supervise all site activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works.
  • Act as the primary interface with EPC contractors, subcontractors, Owner’s Engineer, and Client.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, socio-init quality plans, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress and support schedule recovery actions where required.
  • Lead site coordination meetings and report progress, risks, and issues to Project Management.
  • Ensure site documentation, daily reports, NCRs, RFIs, and progress records are properly managed.
  • Support handover activities and readiness for commissioning and commercial operation.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in讯网 Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
  • 8–10 years’ experience in energy projects, preferably Solar PV.
  • Strong experience in site construction supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.
  • Proven leadership on utility‑scale or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.

  • 100% resident on site (mandatory)
