We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Site Engineer Utilities & Road to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing utilities and road construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and within budget.

• Manage and coordinate utilities and road construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and review project plans specifications and cost estimates
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations
• Collaborate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
• Analyze and interpret technical data to make informed decisions
• Optimize project efficiency through effective resource allocation and scheduling
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in utilities and road construction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utilities and road construction projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
