About Your Team

This role sits within the Operations Department and reports directly to the Site Manager. The department is responsible for the daily business activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow across all functions. It focuses on process improvement, resource optimisation, and timely service delivery.

Your Role

As a Site Engineer, you will:

• Ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare material submittals and track approvals.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments.
• Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
• Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
• Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
• Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.
• This role is full time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or Data Center Solutions environments.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with ≥ 10 years’ site experience.
• Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE and programme controls.
• Proven ability to manage materials, documentation and productivity on fast-track projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
