Position Overview

Due to a robust project pipeline, our Abu Dhabi team is expanding. We are seeking an experienced Site Electrical Engineer - Dry Utilities (Infrastructure) for an infrastructure project based in Madinat Zayed. This is a fixed-term contract for 13 months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team across infrastructure, buildings, transport, and other project types.
2. Assist the Resident Engineer in managing daily operational activities, including reviewing and approving contractor submittals, and participating in quality control and assurance.
3. Perform routine inspection monitoring to ensure proper construction supervision.
4. Inspect various facets of construction work, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
5. Document non-conformances and participate in resolving issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience, with at least 7 years on large projects.
• Regional experience is preferred.
• Authority registration is preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team of moderate size and complexity.
• UAE Driving License.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in infrastructure projects.
