A leading engineering company is seeking a Site Administrator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves comprehensive administrative support for efficient project site operations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting HR processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, alongside proficiency in English and Arabic. The Project Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the project site. The role ensures smooth coordination between site teams, head office departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, while maintaining accurate records, compliance with company policies, and adherence to project timelines.
Job Requirements: Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Language proficiency: English – Arabic.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
