Overview

Shop Assistant / Store Assistant position requiring management of the customer journey from discovery to checkout and aftercare, with a focus on creating a positive, professional customer experience and generating leads for the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in discovering products according to their needs and guide them through the purchase process.
• Conduct checkout and payment procedures and support the customer’s journey beyond purchase to encourage repeat business.
• Produce and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with customers to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Be involved in the customer journey from understanding client demands to payment and checkout.
• Manage stock and ensure inventory is maintained appropriately.
• Monitor customer experience to provide a happy and satisfactory service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales within Electrical, Hygienic ware, and Digital Tools sectors (experience in Electric and Mechanical products is a plus).
• English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic language capability.
• Previous customer service experience and strong communication skills; positive and able to articulate ideas well.
