Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotion of a positive SHE-Q culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all SHE-Q standards.
• Maintaining SHE-Q standards in facilities and work locations.
• Liaising effectively with various people across work scopes.
• Coaching and promoting SHEQ culture.
• Assessing jobsite and workplace activities.
• Conducting safety inspections and training.

Skills

Expert knowledge of SHE-Q regulations

Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transport equipment

Proficient in SHE-Q systems

Fluent English (verbal and written)

Education

University degree in an associate field

Diploma / certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality
