Job description
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support (cleaning, hospitality, catering, mail services, attendance systems, supplies, and reception).
  • Manage and evaluate service providers (cleaning, hospitality, security) and oversee contract compliance.
  • Oversee correspondence, documentation, archiving, visitor reception, parking rules, call-handling, and access control.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of cleaning/hospitality supplies and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Manage transportation services, vehicles, security requirements, and issuance of employee IDs and permits.
  • Support visas, travel bookings, emergency travel updates, and employee accommodation arrangements.
