Key Responsibilities

Youll be responsible for:

Project Management

• Oversee modernization projects from initial inspection to completion.
• Generate project scopes of work develop project plans and timelines.
• Review and submit all project engineering documents (method statements risk assessments material submittals etc..)
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical expertise in HVAC modernization projects.
• Implement best practices for system upgrades migrations and integrations.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC industry trends technologies and best practices.

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with internal departments team engineers and field technical staff.
• Report project status risks and issues to the Modernization Operations Lead.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk Management

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with modernization projects.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress resolve technical issues and ensure quality control.
• Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain project quality.

Requirements

We are looking for people who has a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in leading crossfunctional teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP Lead) may be advantageous.

Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
