Efficiently relaying vehicle issues and repair time frames to customers and conveying customer concerns to the service department.

Demonstrates exceptional customer service abilities and a keen emphasis optimizing post-sale revenue by emphasizing supplementary services and client retention to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by promoting and recommending additional services/products, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Provide honest and clear communication about vehicle issues, repair timeframes, and costs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and upselling of supplementary services.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience.
• Schedule customer appointments and manage the service department’s workflow.
• Provide maintenance and repair recommendations, estimates, and approvals before work begins.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisor to ensure availability of spare parts.
• Manage customer complaints, escalations, and feedback while maintaining accurate service history.
• Ensure repairs are carried out as per job cards and delivered on committed timelines.
• Streamline communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.
