This role involves supervising junior staff, ensuring smooth dining operations, delivering high-standard service, and enhancing the guest experience. You will be part of a multicultural team in a dynamic international hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• English: Pre-Intermediate level or above (spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent service mindset
• Team leadership or previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Additional languages (Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Chinese) are an advantage and paid extra
• Age 18–40, with a valid passport
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
