Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' shore experience in a similar position or 2-3 years' sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer.
• Experience on AHTS / Offshore Supply / Offshore Tug / Dive Support Vessels / PSV or Construction Vessels.
• DP vessel experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repairs of vessels.
• Ensure vessels comply with Class and Statutory regulations.
• Manage technical operations and budgets related to the vessels.

Skills

Knowledge of Planned Maintenance System

Project Management Software

Valid STCW Certificates

Familiarity with ISM / ISPS

Computer literacy

Microsoft Office proficiency

Analytic and problem-solving skills

Education

Engineering degree/diploma in mechanics/electromechanical engineering
