Strong command of program governance and stakeholder management is required, alongside fluency in Turkish and English due to regional stakeholder engagement. This position is crucial in managing large-scale programs effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Treasury systems program management within banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Calypso implementations.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products (FX, MM, IRD, Bonds, Derivatives).
• Ability to challenge both business and technology teams constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full Calypso implementation program.
• Lead multi-stream delivery across various departments.
• Act as primary interface with Treasury business stakeholders.
• Define and manage program roadmap and critical paths.
• Govern scope, budget, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Manage data migration and go-live activities.
• Drive regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports.
• Identify risks early and take corrective actions.
• Ensure strong post-implementation stabilization.
