A leading engineering and contracting firm is seeking an experienced Architect Technical Office Engineer in the United Arab Emirates. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction within the UAE GCC. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing large scale projects and should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves reviewing contract documents, advising project managers, and coordinating with subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction within the UAE GCC.
• Proven track record in handling large scale projects for reputed organizations.
• Fidic Contract-related certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Raise RFIs to consultants for design clarifications when needed.
• Advise Project Manager and Construction Manager on technical matters.
• Ensure technical submittals comply with project specifications.
• Coordinate technical issues with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise and guide Draftsmen in preparing shop drawings.
• Support Construction QC teams in preparing method statements.
• Maintain engineering logs in coordination with the planning team.
