Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Systems Administration and proven experience in on-prem solutions.
• MBA and Project Management certifications desirable.
• 5+ years managing systems projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Design, implement, and manage virtualization infrastructure.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans are tested and maintained.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on KPIs, incidents, and trends.

Skills

Expertise in on-prem services: compute, storage, networking, security, identity management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft and VMware environments

Proficiency in automation tools (PowerShell)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

VMware and Microsoft certifications
