Strategic HR Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives working closely with senior leaders.

Talent & Recruitment

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition workforce planning succession planning onboarding and retention strategies.

Employee Relations & Culture

Oversee employee communications mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture of inclusivity and engagement.

Performance & Development

Build performance management systems design learning & development programs and establish coaching and career pathways.

Compensation & Benefits

Design and administer competitive reward structures benefits and incentive schemes.

Compliance & HR Policy

Ensure compliance with UAE-DGE laws and internal policies; conduct HR audits and maintain governance.

HR Operations & Budgeting

Manage the HR departments budget HRIS systems key metrics/KPIs and day-to-day operations.

Change & Organizational Development

Drive HR transformation initiatives organizational design digital enablement and change management.

Leadership & Influence

Lead and mentor HR teams aligning initiatives with business strategy.

Counsel senior executives on talent culture succession planning and workforce insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree: HR Business Psychology (Masters/MBA preferred)
  • Certifications: CIPD L7 SHRM-SCP SPHR or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: 815 years in HR including 5 years in senior leadership roles
