As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s presence on various social media platforms and creating engaging content. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and driving social media performance. You are expected to be an energetic, creative, and confident individual who is comfortable being in front of the camera and can connect authentically with the audience. You will be responsible for storytelling, engaging followers, and accurately representing the company’s products, services, and culture across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy, leveraging existing and emerging platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Act as the face and voice of the brand by creating engaging video content, hosting live sessions, and participating in trending social media conversations.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (videos, reels, stories, posts) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand identity.
  • Ideate and implement creative campaigns that enhance audience interaction and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with the design, brand marketing, and sales teams to develop detailed content calendars.
  • Stay updated on trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices to optimise content reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media conversations, engage with followers, and respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Analyse social media insights and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activities and industry trends to ensure the brand remains ahead in the social media landscape.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms.
  • Test and implement new social media tools, features, and trends to enhance brand engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Experiment with emerging content formats (AR filters, social commerce, AI-driven engagement tools, etc.) to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
  • Work closely with junior team members, reviewing their work and helping them refine content, engagement tactics, and platform workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, product, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.
