We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Document Controller you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our organizations documentation systems ensuring accuracy accessibility and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures
  • Manage the receipt distribution and filing of project and operational documentation
  • Ensure all documents are properly indexed stored and easily retrievable
  • Coordinate with project teams to facilitate timely submission and approval of documents
  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of document databases
  • Generate reports on document status revisions and distribution
  • Assist in training staff on document control procedures and best practices
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding document-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve document control processes for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in document control or related field
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
