We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting individual sales targets, maintaining profit margins and achieving departmental KPIs. The role includes handling tenders, preparing and following up on quotations, attending client meetings and supporting project execution. The position also involves close coordination with clients, consultants, internal departments and suppliers to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets and maintain profit margins
  • Improve market share and coverage in the assigned territory
  • Monitor and control sales budget to meet departmental KPIs
  • Review tenders, analyze deviations and prepare compliance statements
  • Select suitable products to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare estimates, send quotations and follow up with clients
  • Attend technical and commercial meetings, negotiate and finalize orders
  • Submit technical submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval
  • Follow up on approvals, payments and attend site meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Coordinate with factory and suppliers for sales-related activities
  • Place orders with factories and follow up on shipments
  • Collaborate with internal departments for support
  • Grow customer base and maintain existing relationships
  • Source new suppliers for non‑competitive or unavailable products
  • Transfer project files to Installation Department with complete documentation
  • Support ongoing projects and maintain client relationships for future business
  • Stay updated on international standards and local regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12 years relevant work experience in sales engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong coordination and networking abilities
  • Professional, organized, punctual and detail‑oriented
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
