A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions, support the Finance team, and maintain comprehensive financial records. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and significant experience in the field, preferably within the real estate development sector. Proficiency in accounting software is crucial, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in accounting preferably in real estate development.
• Certifications like ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with VAT filings and audits.
