Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain QA QC procedures specific to static equipment and skid manufacturing Review technical drawings specifications and material submittals related to static equipment and skids Conduct audits and inspections at manufacturing sites to verify adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Monitor fabrication processes perform quality checks and ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate with production teams suppliers and clients to address quality issues promptly Manage nonconformance reports NCRs root cause analysis and corrective preventive actions Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of quality activities inspection reports and testing results Participate in final inspections testing and commissioning activities Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Metallurgy or related field 6 to 10 years of experience in QA QC specifically in static equipment and skid manufacturing Proven experience in inspection welding fabrication and manufacturing of static equipment Certifications such as ASME API or relevant quality management standards preferred Strong knowledge of industry standards codes and safety regulations Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills Immediate joiners will be prioritized
