Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware or building materials.
• At least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity.
• Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure project opportunities by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the project sales team to achieve KPIs and service excellence.
• Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts for strategic decision making.
