Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager - Water to join our team in Dubai United Arab this key role you will lead and oversee complex water infrastructure projects ensuring their successful planning execution and delivery.

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale water infrastructure projects from conception to completion
• Develop and maintain project scopes schedules and budgets ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in water treatment technologies and infrastructure design
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers consultants and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Prepare and review technical documents including memoranda planning studies and design specifications
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client relationship management
• Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering their professional growth and development
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional organizations
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the water sector

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Chemical or Environmental Engineering; Masters degree preferred
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification
• Minimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure projects; 20 years preferred
• Proven track record in managing complex water projects including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies and infrastructure design
• Experience in project delivery methods including traditional and alternative approaches (e.g. Progressive Design Build)
• Familiarity with water regulations and compliance standards in the UAE and internationally
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs
• Knowledge of the local water industry in Dubai and the UAE is highly desirable
