A global leader in premium office spaces is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across the Middle East. The candidate will manage complex office fit-out projects, lead local project teams, and ensure compliance with all regulations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and significant experience in project management are required. Strong leadership and communication skills in English and preferably Arabic are also essential. The role is based full-time in the UAE with travel flexibility across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years project management experience preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proven expertise in corporate office fit-out projects is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and industry practices in UAE and KSA.

• Lead and manage local project teams through all phases of design, development, and construction.
