A leading advisory firm is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Advisory professional to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on providing strategic guidance for large-scale infrastructure projects, including financing and procurement. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience and strong knowledge of public-private partnerships. Our Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory (PFIA) team advises clients on financial procurement strategies and public-private partnerships for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. Join this team to support clients from initial analysis and project evaluation to procurement, financial close, construction, and operations. You will help develop and compare financial plans and delivery approaches involving public, federal, or private financing, project revenues, and grants, supporting clients throughout the implementation of these plans.
The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Advisory professional to join our PFIA team within the Strategy and Transactions (SAT) group, as part of our growth and success. Your key responsibilities
You will assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects. This includes advising on structuring and closing financing for infrastructure projects and procurements, as well as developing, structuring, and negotiating contract terms.
You should demonstrate a deep understanding of capital project funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at various levels to support project analysis and provide project and program management assistance. Mentoring junior team members will also be a key part of your role.
Skills and attributes for success
Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, acquisition, and project financing structures. Experience with project financial modeling and understanding of financing markets is highly valued, along with knowledge of economic or social infrastructure procurement and delivery.
