A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced project engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. The role involves ensuring technical accuracy, quality compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, experience in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency in project management software. Familiarity with crane manufacturing is an advantage.

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. You will ensure technical accuracy, quality compliance, and timely delivery while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Planning & Work Preparation

• Review project requirements and coordinate with Sales.
• Prepare designs and secure customer approvals.
• Plan project execution, materials, and staffing.
• Prepare RFQs and share technical details with Div 3.
• Define work methods, tools, and production steps.
• Record checks and tests in the Test Plan.
• Prepare test procedures and manage project handover.

Quality Control

• Oversee quality checks during and after production.
• Ensure all parts meet standards before leaving the workshop.
• Report required corrections and release parts for transport.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure proper waste management.

Delivery

• Conduct final testing and inspections before client delivery.
• Recommend and follow up on corrective actions.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
