Job summary

A leading international consultancy seeks a Project Controls Manager to oversee planning and financial management of capital building projects in the UAE. The role requires a strong background in project design, extensive experience with project control systems, and proficiency in various digital tools like Primavera P6 and Smartsheet. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in a consulting environment, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. This full-time position is not open to remote work.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project controls within engineering, architecture, consulting or professional services firms.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost estimation, budget management and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning scheduling and financial management of capital building projects.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project control systems including cost control and risk analysis.
• Prepare and present project dashboard summaries to senior management highlighting key performance indicators.
