Job summary

A leading specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking a senior consultant to oversee telecommunications projects with a focus on MTN account across Mid-East and Africa. Responsibilities

Working as a senior consultant of client's project teams located in Mid‑East and African countries for MTN account. If necessary, have to travel to the branches for guidance and support of the project work. Working as a reporting interface to MTN Group in Dubai representing client, responsible for regular meetings with customers and preparing briefing material prior to the meeting and PPT. Reporting to customers regarding project plan, problems and solutions etc. of the branches professionally, presenting successful delivery story of client to customer, and keeping effective communication with customers. Building and maintaining good relationship with key customers who are in charge of delivery.

Requirements

7+ years experience in telecommunication industry, including 5+ years experience in project delivery management field. Being familiar with the delivery procedures for the telecommunication engineering project, and having the management experience of a large project delivery. Being familiar with network architecture of operators, with basic knowledge of modern telecommunication technology. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills. 2+ years experience working in a MTN branch office, or successfully delivered over two MTN wireless projects as a project manager of a vendor. It would be preferred if candidate has good customer relationship with the important branches of MTN Group (such as South Africa, Nigeria, Iran, …).
