Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Presales Consultant Digital who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real business outcomes. In this role youll shape high-impact digital solutions using Application Development & Management (ADM) Low-code platforms AI Industry Software and BPM tools(link removed)>

You will collaborate with sales delivery and partners to position our digital offerings across industries such as Government Healthcare Utilities and Transportdriving transformation and client success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the presales cycle: Own RFI/RFP responses digital solution design technical proposals and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to proactively pitch digital offerings and generate demand.
  • Design and position solutions involving ADM AI Industry Software Low Code BPM Middleware and Application Services(link removed)>
  • Define high-level Scope of Work (SoW) and recommend delivery models (Agile Iterative Waterfall) as per project context.
  • Consult clients on their digital transformation journey and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Engage with OEMs and technology partners for certifications pricing and commercial structuring.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers use cases and client success stories.
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the presales function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 8 years of experience in Application Services / Digital Presales
  • Strong background in software development with clear understanding of SDLC
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale deals ($1M value)
  • Hands-on or solutioning experience with low-code platforms BPM tools AI and middleware
  • Strong storytelling and consultative presentation skills for client-facing pitches and demos
  • Proven ability in proposal writing solutioning and SoW documentation
  • Industry exposure in Government Healthcare Utilities or Transport sectors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in low-code platforms BPM tools or TOGAF
  • Training in Design Thinking or Business Analysis
  • Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
